  • In person when it earns its place, usually the diagnostic or a key working session. The rest runs remotely.
  • One builder from the first conversation to the finished system.
  • Honest scope: if you do not need software, or do not need a visit, I say so.

  3. 03You get a clear plan. If we build, the project has a closed scope and a date.
  4. 04Monthly support if you want it, and my number either way.
