Workflow leak audit · Free

Find where your business is losing time, leads, or money

I run a quick workflow audit to spot manual processes, missed follow-ups, messy spreadsheets, scattered WhatsApp threads, or repetitive tasks that could become a simple working system.

In short

What is the workflow leak audit?

It is a quick, free review of how your business works to find where time, leads, money, or follow-up are leaking: manual processes, messy spreadsheets, scattered WhatsApp, repetitive tasks, or tools that do not talk to each other.

  • I look for the main leak, not a generic checklist.
  • I recommend one concrete first step.
  • If I see nothing clear, I say so.
Best for
Local businesses, small service businesses, companies with an office, and anyone using Excel, WhatsApp, email, or paper that does not connect.
First step
Request the audit on WhatsApp and tell me which process eats the most time.

What I look for

Where the leak usually hides

I do not look at your business in the abstract. I look for concrete patterns that almost always cost time, leads, or money.

Scattered WhatsApp

Orders, clients, and decisions mixed into chats with no order and no trail.

Manual Excel reporting

Data copied and pasted every week just to know how the business is doing.

Quotes that take too long

Every proposal is built from scratch and sent late, once the client has gone cold.

Leads and clients not followed up

Interested people and sent quotes that get no reply and quietly disappear.

Finished work not invoiced

Delivered services that never get invoiced or collected on time.

Repetitive admin tasks

The same work by hand every week: copy, paste, resend, remind.

Owner with no dashboard

No clear view of sales, what is pending, and what is collected on one screen.

Knowledge in one head

If that person is out, the business stalls because nobody else knows how it runs.

What you get

What you take away from the audit

  • A simple map of your current process
  • The main leak, identified
  • One concrete improvement opportunity
  • A recommendation for the first step
  • A relevant demo or example if it fits
  • An optional proposal if there is a clear improvement
If I do not see anything concrete, I say so. I would rather tell you it is fine as it is than invent a project.

Who it is for

It fits well if you recognize yourself here

  • Local businesses
  • Small service businesses
  • Companies with an office team
  • Businesses that prepare quotes
  • Agencies and consultants
  • Founders and operators
  • Businesses using Excel, WhatsApp, email, or paper that does not connect

Before you decide

See real systems before the audit

You do not have to trust me blindly. You can try the demos and see how I work before you message me.

How it connects to paid work

The audit is the front door, not a sales trick

The audit exists to see whether a useful next step exists. If it does, this is the order, from smallest to largest. If it does not, I tell you and that is where it ends.

FAQ

Questions about the audit

Is the audit free?

Yes. The initial workflow audit is free. It exists to see whether there is a clear leak and a first step worth taking. You do not have to buy anything to get it.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing formal. Just tell me how you work today: which tools you use, where you get stuck, and which task eats the most time. That is enough for me to start looking.

How long does it take?

A short first conversation, usually 15 to 30 minutes on WhatsApp or a call. If something needs a deeper look, I tell you before we go further.

What kind of businesses fit?

Local businesses, small service businesses, companies with an office, agencies, consultants, and anyone using Excel, WhatsApp, email, or paper that does not connect.

Are you going to sell me a website?

No. I do not start from a solution. First I look for where time, leads, or money is lost. If a website does not solve that, I do not propose it.

What if there is no clear improvement?

I tell you clearly. I do not invent a project. I would rather tell you your process is fine as it is than sell you something you do not need.

What happens after the audit?

I give you the map, the main leak, and the first step. If there is a clear improvement, I propose how to continue, with no commitment. The decision is yours.

If there is a clear leak, we will find it fast

Tell me which process eats the most time, leads, or money. I will tell you whether I see a clear leak and what the first step would be.
