When you are a local business or solo operator and want a first working improvement in a few days without committing to anything big. In 5 days I map where time or clients are lost and leave a working improvement behind.
When does the 750 to 1,500 EUR diagnostic make sense?
When there is an office or sales team, many quotes, follow-up, margin, or internal processes with leaks. In 5 to 7 working days I map the process, estimate manual hours, and deliver a first prototype or improvement with a phased plan.
When does an OpsBuild Sprint make sense?
When the problem is already clear and a full system is needed: a SaaS MVP, a dashboard, an automation, a client portal, or an AI workflow. I do not recommend it up front if the problem is not clear yet.
