Enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, I receive the details you type (such as your name, company, contact details, the problem you describe, and any optional project context you choose to add) by email. When advertising-measurement consent is active, the site stores bounded campaign attribution for the current browser session, such as UTM, offer, channel, creative, audience, or click-ID values, and includes it if you submit the form. Without advertising consent, those values are not persisted in session attribution or included with the form. I use submitted data only to review and answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. They are not added to marketing lists or sold. They may be processed by the email delivery provider that transports the message and, when configured, by the CRM or automation service that receives the structured enquiry for review and follow-up.
I keep enquiries in email or the follow-up system for as long as a conversation or business relationship is live, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
If you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, the conversation is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy. Only use it if you are comfortable with that.
Analytics
This site uses PostHog to understand how pages are used (for example, which sections are read and which buttons are clicked). It runs cookieless: no tracking cookies, no session recording, no cross-site tracking, and a browser identity that is held only in memory and resets each visit. It needs no consent and is always on.
Advertising measurement
If a campaign is activated, our advertising landing pages can use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag, depending on the platform used for that campaign. These tools can set cookies and share limited event data with the provider, such as a page view or form submission, to measure the campaign and, where applicable, build advertising audiences.
These advertising tools load only after you accept them, and only on our commercial and landing pages, never across the wider article library. If you do not consent, they are never loaded. You can change your choice at any time:
We store your choice in first-party browser storage. We may also set a strictly necessary first-party rejection cookie so a failed storage write or reload cannot reactivate advertising measurement. It is not used for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
