Direct enquiries
Email links open a draft in your email application. Opening a draft does not send it. If you choose to send it, I receive and handle your enquiry manually through the existing mailbox. The website does not automatically register it in Presupuesto or send a notification.
I use the information you choose to send to review and answer your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. It is not added to marketing lists or sold. Your email provider and mine process the message. I keep enquiries while a conversation or business relationship is live and delete them when no longer needed.
If you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, the conversation is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy. Only use it if you are comfortable with that.
Analytics
Optional Umami usage measurement is inactive in this version. Public-domain activation remains pending an approved release. Configuration alone does not grant permission. Before consent, no Umami script loads and no analytics requests are sent. Rejecting or withdrawing consent blocks new sends. If the browser cannot safely retain the choice, optional measurement stays off. Browsing and direct contact work without analytics.
The allowed scope covers public page paths and language, interest in creating software, connecting tools or infrastructure and maintenance, resource use, contact intent and opening an original review when an authorized opinion is displayed. A contact click indicates intent; it does not prove a message was sent or received. Events use defined categories and a fixed list of traffic-source categories. No campaign-code list is configured, so campaign values, arbitrary URL queries, fragments and private links are not collected. QA checks use a separate test-site record; they must not send synthetic events to the commercial production record. Public-domain activation is pending separate approval.
Analytics does not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, full mailto or WhatsApp destinations, calculator answers or amounts, or custom visitor identifiers. No session recordings are used. Umami does not write analytics cookies or analytics data to browser localStorage; necessary storage for the website privacy choice is separate.
Requests to my analytics server still include network information such as an IP address and browser headers. Umami may derive a server-side session hash from request information; the website does not assign a persistent custom visitor ID. The installed retention period and server access-log settings have not yet been verified, so no specific deletion period or claim that IP addresses never reach logs is made.
Advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is unavailable in this release. No advertising or retargeting provider is activated alongside Umami.
Privacy choices
We store your choice in first-party browser storage. We may also set a strictly necessary first-party rejection cookie so a failed storage write or reload cannot reactivate optional measurement. It is not used for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time:
